Momenteo is then a proud Canadian product.</p> <h3><strong>2- How can I contact Momenteo?</strong></h3> <p>We need to ask you a question first: who do you want to contact? One of our employees will contact you by email.</p> <h3><strong>3- Is it free?</strong></h3> <p>Momenteo has different plans to answer various needs, and one of them is free. Its name is also the Free plan! There is no time limit, and it is perfect for trying our invoicing software since you will have access to all our basic functionalities. You do not even have to add a credit card number when you choose the free plan. The only limitation here is the number of clients.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our plans are based on the number of clients you have. Our free option allows you to send invoices to a maximum of two clients, but there is no limit to the number of invoices you can send. If you need to send invoices to more than two clients per financial year, we suggest taking one of <a href="" target="_blank">our Premium plans</a>.</p> <h3><strong>4- How can I promote Momenteo?</strong></h3> <p>If you like Momenteo and wish to present it to your entourage, why not take the opportunity to make money at the same time? We have had an affiliate program for a couple of months now. When you recommend Momenteo to someone, and he subscribes to one of our Premium plans via a special link, you get a $20 commission. Our affiliate program&rsquo;s subscription is free and easy; find all relevant information on our <a href="" target="_blank">Affiliate Program page</a>.</p> <h3><strong>5- How can I add my logo to my invoices?</strong></h3> <p>If you wish to add your logo to your invoices, you only have to click on the avatar located left when you are on the calendar page. You can then choose to upload your logo or create one with our partner <a href="" target="_blank">FreeLogoDesign</a>. Your logo will then replace the avatar.</p> <p>If you want to customize your logo, go to the second step when creating your invoice. Click on the DESIGN tab to change the size and location of your logo. Please note that our system will also take the colors on your logo and use them on your invoices. It is also under the DESIGN tab that you can customize your invoices by selecting colors and fonts.</p> <h3><strong>6- What is an active client exactly?</strong></h3> <p>An active client is a contact associated with an invoice during a financial year in Momenteo&rsquo;s system. In other words, it is all the customers you have sent an invoice. The number of active clients you have will determine the plan you need.</p> <p>Please note that it is possible to archive a client to remove it from your active client list when you start a new financial year. Of course, you must not plan to send him invoices, or he will become active again. Before the end of your financial year, click on your customer&rsquo;s profile on the Contact page. Click then on Archive contact (it is located top right).</p> <h3><strong>7- Do you have an accountant access?</strong></h3> <p>We do not have an accountant access for the moment, but we would like to add one someday. There are, however, two ways to proceed if you wish to send reports to your accountant. First, you can download your reports in a PDF format and send them to him. Otherwise, you can give your accountant your ID so he can connect directly to your account. We remind you that you should provide this information only to people you can trust.</p> <h3><strong>8- It is possible to send an invoice in another language?</strong></h3> <p>For the moment, it is only possible to send an invoice in English and French. To change the language, go on the Contact page and click on your client&rsquo;s profile. Under the Parameters sections, you can select which language you want to use with this customer. Please note that you will see the invoice in English if you have selected this language as the one to use on your Momenteo account. You can check the invoice language by downloading the file at the third step of the creation process.</p> <h3><strong>9- Is it possible to send an invoice in another currency?</strong></h3> <p>Yes! As is the case with the languages, you can send an invoice in another currency. Go on the Contact page and select your client&rsquo;s profile. Under the Parameters section, you can choose a currency. For example, if your account is set to be in Canadian dollars, our system will automatically convert the amount according to the day&rsquo;s exchange rate.</p> <h3><strong>10- Is Momenteo a payroll software?</strong></h3> <p>Unfortunately, no. Momenteo is an invoicing software made for freelancers and self-employed workers. Since they do not have employees most of the time, you did not add a payroll system to our software.
