  • How much does it cost to use Momenteo?

    Using Momenteo costs 20$/month or 200$/year. It’s that simple. No hidden fee, no contracts, and the first month is on us.

  • Can I pass Momenteo as a freelance expense?

    Totally! Momenteo is a valid business expense.

  • What is included with my subscription?

    Unlimited access to Momenteo and live support from the core team (none of it is outsourced, you’re talking directly with the team). We don’t artificially limit your usage by capping your number of clients, invoices or expenses. That’s not our style.

  • When will I be billed?

    Once your trial period is over, you’ll be billed monthly or annually, depending on your price plan. The payment should pass on the day you created your account.

  • Which payment methods do you support?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.)

  • How secure is your payment system?

    We use Stripe to collect payments, which is a system trusted by the biggest players in the industries. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    If, for any reason, you want to cancel your Momenteo subscription, you can do it directly from the web app. It’s not buried deep down in an obscure corner, you don’t have to send us an explanatory email and you won’t have to give us an awkward phone call.

  • Can I pause my subscription?

    Of course! If you paid for a period and realize that Momenteo doesn’t meet your needs, or If you think you won’t need Momenteo for a while, you can pause your subscription and resume it once you’re ready

  • Should I only subscribe at the end of the trial period?

    Of course not! We’ll credit the remaining days of your trial to your account.

  • What happens with my data if I miss a payment?

    Your data is stored in the safest way possible, and none of it will be lost. We don’t delete anything unless someone specifically asks for it. This means you’ll find your data exactly how you left them.

  • My credit card is expired, where do I enter the new informations?

    Open the sidepanel by clicking on the small wheel at the top-right of your screen (inside the app) and go to the "Subscription Panel", you’ll be able to change your credit card information directly from there

  • Will I receive a receipt for every payment?

    You will receive a receipt every month, by email.
